The International Business Center in Warsaw was acquired in two phases. With Tower I completed and fully leased together with the permits for a second tower. The second tower was subsequently developed and leased by completion. A buy-out of the developer and two financial partners was executed and phase II launched with a fee-developer. The property was sold in 2012 after 7 years holding period achieving an IRR in excess of 18%.
