Across the road from the Paris Opera, 11 Rue Scribe was home to the French operations of American Express for over 80 years.
GLL acquired the exquisite heritage building in two stages – converting the ground and basement banking chambers for retail use, while refurbishing and re-leasing the upper levels as commercial office space.
This program of active management and the adaptive reuse of this iconic building has transformed 11 Rue Scribe into a vibrant, mixed-use complex for its diverse visitors and tenants.
